The Case:
SAP Online Paid Certification:

SAP Online Certifications are delivered to global customers. A customer selects the certification from a list of certifications available online. Pays fees for the course to register. The pain point discovered was a drop-down in expected registrations - "Customers leave the site before browsing through the list of courses."

User experience was changed by tracking customers by persona-driven tasks, filtering customers' specific individual needs,s and hand-holding customers to the gateway of persona-based registration.

SAP Online Certification revenue was significantly increased. KPI increased to the highest score.

Data filtration from a collection of large and complex data, was the redesigning challenge in SAP Certification Online. With analysis and visualization of correlated data, designed a persona-driven data filtration process for quick delivery of user requested certification information and related data.

Wellness Mobile Application

Healthcare Industry in collaboration with Dr. Ghislene Meance

A digital approach to Human Wellness is researched and wellness models studied emphasizing human mind/body correlation in recovery from a disease.Researched and documented research findings and conceptualized a mobile application for patients undergoing treatment. Mind/body correlations are documented as use-case scenarios, and Artificial Intelligence Logical interventions are made part of the user flow and process flow to impact patient recovery.

A key part of the mobile application is patients interacting with a set of mobile games.

Created industry's the first "Digital Bulletin" involving Digital Assets to promote "Public Interest Events", "Performing Arts Talents", and "Community Businesses". In the Best Bulletin of 2023, used Artificial Intelligence to create Visuals - User Interface Design including a thematic language for global audience appeal.
